“Training of trainers/AEVO course”

The course we offer “Training of Trainers/
The AEVO course is tailored to people with an immigration background. The learning pace is suitable for people whose native language is not German.IThe course will prepare you for your responsibilities as a future trainer and for the AEVO examination before the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. The 80 teaching units are taught by experienced instructors on Sundays, making it particularly suitable for self-employed individuals.

Trainee get-together
The trainees' get-together is a networking and exchange platform for young people with a migration or refugee background, using a peer group and empowerment approach. It is facilitated by volunteers from ASM staff, with advanced trainees serving as role models.
The program includes formal and informal offerings. Topics related to the transition from school to work and training are presented in a target group-specific manner.

With training coaching that includes advice, exercises
