Trainee get-together
The trainee group is comprised of a diverse group of young people pursuing training in various industries. Cultural diversity is embraced here – through regular exchanges of experiences, mutual support in conflict situations, and a variety of activities. The meetings, which are usually held monthly, focus on expanding the young people's social skills and preparing them for professional life. Through regular contact and mutual support, participants are motivated to successfully complete their training.
The Stammtisch opens up many opportunities for young people: It offers the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs and interesting personalities, allows them to participate in cultural events, and offers excursions to interesting places in the city. Young people contribute their ideas and participate in the planning and implementation of the activities.
In seminars with external speakers, topics such as “teamwork” or “communication in the company” are addressed. And speakers from

The trainees learn what to expect in their intermediate and final exams. The diverse program is rounded out by educational trips, for example to the capital, including a visit to the Bundestag.
