Training of trainers

The "Trainer Training" qualification program developed by ASM eV specifically prepares future trainers with a migrant background for the AEVO examination in a target group-specific manner and supports them during their initial phase as trainers. Entrepreneurs with a migrant background and their employees are comprehensively familiarized with the dual training system and provided with the pedagogical, legal, and professional skills they need to work as trainers. ASM eV provides the content and organization of the qualification.

There will be multilingual information sessions for the start of the qualification, a group information event and individual support by ASM staff up to the start phase of the training activity (a total of 20 teaching units of 45 minutes each).
Preparation for successfully passing the trainer aptitude test comprises 80 teaching units of 45 minutes each, in which content from the following four fields of activity is taught:
1) Check training requirements and plan training,
2) Prepare training and assist in the recruitment of trainees,
3) Conduct training,
4) Complete your training.
This is followed by support during the initial phase of the training activity.

Cost: 1350 euros including examination fees
