The non-profit association is headed by a three-member board. Chairman is David Etmenan, Chief Executive Officer of NOVUM Hospitality. Deputy chairmen are Armin Grams, Head of the Vocational Training, Technical and Professional Examinations Division at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, and attorney Arzu Asani.

Management
Marion Wartumjan is in charge of the operational business.

General Meeting
The members meet once a year. At the general meeting, the board and the managing director inform them about the association's work and current developments. The general meeting elects the board.
