WorkExperience with language and operational training

The "WorkExperience with Language and Business Training" project paves a rapid and direct path to employment and training for immigrants from third countries, especially those from Ukraine. This is done in close cooperation with companies, the Hamburg Welcome Center, the job center team.arbeit.hamburg, and youth employment agencies.

Project participants are prepared for employment or training subject to social insurance contributions in retail, the hotel industry, the catering industry, logistics, and other sectors. They complete language and specialist training, as well as practical on-the-job training in companies. They acquire professional and workplace-related German language skills and are supported in their transition to the German working world.

The cooperating companies that qualify participants in company training courses with the aim of subsequent training or employment are also advised and supported.
