Arbitration proceedings
The Federal Government Commissioner for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities maintains an arbitration board pursuant to Section 16 of the Federal Disability Rights Act (BGG). The arbitration board is tasked with resolving conflicts between persons with disabilities and federal public bodies.
You can contact the arbitration board if you are not satisfied with the answers provided via the contact option listed above. The goal is not to find winners or losers. Rather, the arbitration board's goal is to find a mutual, out-of-court solution to a problem.
The arbitration process is free of charge, and you don't need legal representation.
