Women's Network Perspective Professional Recognition (PebeA)

Logo des IQ Netzwerks

The women's network "Perspectives for Professional Recognition (PeBeA)" is aimed at female professionals with foreign professional qualifications who are currently unemployed or under-qualified in Hamburg. The aim is to strengthen and empower women from Ukraine, in particular, who have fled to the Hanseatic city since the outbreak of the war.

The goal: recognition of their professional qualifications and employment commensurate with their training – through information and knowledge exchange, as well as networking with recognition experts and women already recognized in their professions. Newly immigrated women in particular should be empowered, introduced to qualification and continuing education projects, and provided with access to employment commensurate with their education.

The participants will:
1) informed about opportunities for professional development through recognition
2) individually qualified and introduced to the recognition procedure
3) if necessary, accompanied in the recognition procedure/ alternatively referred to qualification offers of regular institutions or employment
4) prepared for entry into work through migration-specific workshops.
