Voices of HR managers from the companies cooperating with the project
"The first run of the project was already a complete success for our company. Of the five participants, we were able to offer permanent employment to three. All three are very happy and have already integrated very well into the team. The language training offered was a complete success and a great help."
Mignon Kashani, Executive Assistant Manager / People & Culture Manager
Hotel Reichshof Hamburg
"I found the transition between the internship and the language training particularly positive. It was clearly noticeable how quickly the participants made progress in their language development, as the language training also included practicing logistics terminology. The initial challenge regarding language skills turned out to be less challenging than initially expected. All participants understood the work processes during the internship and were able to complete the assignments independently."
Ronny Ebert,
Head of Logistics Hamburg
DB Long-Distance Transport AG
"We are having to deal with the shortage of skilled workers in our catering businesses. Recruiting new colleagues has become a key priority for us. Our contact with ASM and its Working Experience project, which offers language and business training, was a real stroke of luck for us. We gain access to potential employees, and at the same time, they receive intensive support and guidance from ASM during the project phase."
Andreas Kurtenbach, Managing Director Block House Restaurantbetriebe AG
"We are very pleased that through our cooperation with the WorkingExperience project we have already been able to integrate a total of 13 refugees into our company and thus into our BUDNI family. We owe this success to targeted recruitment, intensive language training designed for everyday work in our stores, and an overall trusting and close collaboration with all those involved in
ASM."
Garvin Vollmer, Human Resources Manager IWAN BUDNIKOWSKY GmbH & Co. KG
Successful entry into work with language and business training from WorkingExperience
The language training and practical work experience as part of the WorkingExperience project last seven weeks, with consulting and coaching also being key components. Many participants receive a permanent employment contract with the company immediately after their in-company training, while they continue to work on improving their German language skills. We present some of these success stories here.
