Training coaching for trainees in the retail and service sectors

Almost every vAcross Germany, apprenticeships are being prematurely terminated. While more than half of these contract terminations are not due to training dropouts, but rather involve a change of training company or profession, the dropout rate for young people with a migrant background is significantly higher than that of young people of German origin. Even the path to the dual training system is fraught with hurdles for young people with a migrant background, as studies and our own experience demonstrate. With training coaching, which includes advice, exercises, and coaching, structural disadvantages for trainees can be at least partially offset and training success ensured.
