Production and sale of minced meat in our own company

If you successfully complete a course initiated by the Butchers' Guild, the Veterinary Office and ASM, you will be able to produce and sell minced meat and sliced meat yourself at the butcher's counter in a grocery store.

“Training of trainers/
AEVO course

The course will prepare you for your tasks as a future trainer and for the AEVO examination before the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
The total of 80 teaching units are taught by experienced lecturers on Sundays, making participation particularly suitable for self-employed people.
